This Weekend Sept. 3rd through the 5th we will be having a 30% off your entire purchase sale, as long as the products are not on sale. So all the students in the area with supply list should stop by and save. …..along with some great new lines of products (Krinks, Aliens, and Dr Ph Martins) we are starting up our new meet up group. A great way for artist and art minded folk to come together, network, critique, and develop new ideas. It will be a fun, light environment with rotating projects based on the direction the group or individuals want to take. So bring your supplies, and we will have some available as well, to the store from 3 to 5 pm Saturdays. Join up on meetup.com for exact dates or just come on by any of our Saturday demo days which are posted here on our blog and on our Utrecht Art Supplies Baltimore facebook page!

GALLERY 17 SUMMER SHOW – CALL TO ARTISTSShow dates:  July 9 – July 30 2010 

Take this opportunity to showcase your work and gain some exposure in our Summer Show!

·        Limit of 2 pieces per person

·        First Come First Serve

·        2 dimensional work only

·        Maximum size is 16 x 20

·        All entries must be ready to hang: i.e. framed with wire to hang

·        All entries must be noted with name, address, phone number, title, and price

·        Drop off dates: July 1-3

·        Closing Reception: Friday July 30 from 6:00-8:00 pm.

**** For the duration of the exhibition, viewers will vote on their favorite artist to determine the PPeople’s Choice Award.  The recipient will receive a solo show in August 2010 and a $50 gift cAward. 

* If
Utrecht deems an artwork’s subject matter inappropriate, the work will be excluded from ethe exhibition.
